Since the maintenance on February 12, 2026, items in the store depot are no longer visible/accessible for some users.
The problem manifests itself in different ways:
- The item depot displays “You currently have no depot items”, while the number of possessed items is displayed correctly when you move the mouse over the menu bar icon.
- The following message is displayed when you try to access the depot: “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”
- Chrome sometimes also adds the message “Error – Empty response” (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) before the problem occurs. (In such cases, it helps to keep the browser window open for 1-2 minutes and wait. The zShop add-on must be installed for this).
- Only certain accounts are affected.
- Outside the depot, stackable items (e.g. transport runes, megaphones, universal stones, etc.) are also affected.
- The problem does not depend on the browser used or whether the zShop addon from Pyrr is used.
We are aware of the problem and are looking for possible solutions. It is no longer necessary to write support tickets on this topic, as we have already collected more than enough sample cases for investigation.
As we are currently unable to estimate how long it will take until a solution is available, we ask for your patience and understanding. We will inform you in this thread as soon as progress has been made.

Dear Community,
While we continue to work on a solution, you can try the following workaround (and a little patience) to get your depot items after all:
– Open the store and then the item depot. You will receive the error message mentioned above.
– Wait for about a minute, then click on the item depot again. This should now be displayed.
– Wait another minute or so, then click on your item.
– Wait another minute or so before assigning the item.
– Assigns the item. The error message will appear again. The item should then be available ingame.

Dear Community,
Tomorrow (April 14, 2026) at 09:00 CEST we will try to fix the still ongoing problems with the store depot. The store will be unavailable for about 10-15 minutes. The game services will not be affected.
Please let us know afterwards whether your problems have been resolved by this measure. We apologize for the long waiting time.
