Color Weavers Festival

Legend has it that the very first inhabitants of our world had no clothes. When the weather turned bad, they had no choice but to huddle together for warmth and hope for better days. The weak and frail could only grit their teeth and endure the cold without any help. When a cold snap hit, people died like flies. They were slaves to the weather.

But one night, the gods sent a messenger, clad in garments that looked as if they had been woven from a rainbow. The mere sight of her was enough to envelop the beholder in a gentle, soothing glow like that of the moon. The messenger’s name was Lunella, and she had come to teach the people how to weave clothing and survive the harsh winter. Our entire understanding of beauty sprang from that single moment. Afterward, the first pioneers began experimenting with the creation of clothing. They designed new styles that served not only to keep them warm but also to express beauty.

After the people had mastered the art of weaving, Lunella slipped away quietly and secretly and has not been seen since. To honor Lunella’s kindness, the people gather here every year around this time and put on their finest clothes for the occasion. This festival is meant to highlight the enduring nature of what Lunella taught us. It will continue to be passed down from generation to generation and remain forever part of our heritage.

Beauty and the Beast

Costume Ball

Unusual Delivery

• Prerequisite: “Breathable Silk” course , registration

Enchanted Loom

The Enchanting Tailor
