{"id":5974,"date":"2026-03-03T15:06:49","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T15:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.runesofmagic-infos.com\/2026\/03\/03\/store-depot-problems-since-12-2\/"},"modified":"2026-03-03T15:06:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T15:06:49","slug":"store-depot-problems-since-12-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.runesofmagic-infos.com\/en\/2026\/03\/03\/store-depot-problems-since-12-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Store Depot problems since 12.2."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear Community,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the maintenance on February 12, 2026, items in the store depot are no longer visible\/accessible for some users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem manifests itself in different ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item depot displays <em>&#8220;You currently have no depot items&#8221;<\/em>, while the number of possessed items is displayed correctly when you move the mouse over the menu bar icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following message is displayed when you try to access the depot:  <em>&#8220;The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.&#8221; <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chrome sometimes also adds the message <em>&#8220;Error &#8211; Empty response&#8221; (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)<\/em> before the problem occurs. (In such cases, it helps to keep the browser window open for 1-2 minutes and wait. The zShop add-on must be installed for this). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only certain accounts are affected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outside the depot, stackable items (e.g. transport runes, megaphones, universal stones, etc.) are also affected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The problem <strong>does not<\/strong> depend on the browser used or whether the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/forum.runesofmagic.gameforge.com\/forum\/thread\/10086\">zShop addon from Pyrr<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>is used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are aware of the problem and are looking for possible solutions.  <strong>It is no longer necessary to write support tickets on this topic, as we have already collected more than enough sample cases for investigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we are currently unable to estimate how long it will take until a solution is available, we ask for your patience and understanding. We will inform you in this thread as soon as progress has been made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Your RoM team<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Community,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we continue to work on a solution, you can try the following workaround (and a little patience) to get your depot items after all:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Open the store and then the item depot. You will receive the error message mentioned above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Wait for about a minute, then click on the item depot again. This should now be displayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Wait another minute or so, then click on your item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Wait another minute or so before assigning the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Assigns the item. The error message will appear again. The item should then be available ingame.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Your RoM team<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Community,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomorrow (April 14, 2026) at 09:00 CEST we will try to fix the still ongoing problems with the store depot. The store will be unavailable for about 10-15 minutes. The game services will not be affected.  <br><br>Please let us know afterwards whether your problems have been resolved by this measure. We apologize for the long waiting time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Your RoM team<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Further feedback on the attempted solution is no longer required until further notice. It is now clear that it (unfortunately) did not work.
